Founding of ReuSed (continuation of Klasse 4 Foundation) January 2005
The Class 4 Foundation is active since 1995 as the Netherlands forum for the exchange of knowledge in the field of remediation and recycling of contaminated water sediments into building-materials. Recently Class 4 has decided to widen her focus to Europe and therewith broadening her function from a Dutch platform to a European Forum on the remediation and recycling of contaminated sediments.
A new name was necessary for a more international character.
Chosen is for:
REUSED stands for:
Remediation, Recycling and Reuse of EUropean SEDiments.
The organisation has chosen for a new logo in which the old Class 4 logo can still be recognised, but also a strong connection is made to the European direction the foundation has taken.
